HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

For MURMURONLINE.COM orders within the U.S., we accept returns up to 30 days after the purchase date, and return shipping is on us.

For MURMURONLINE.COM orders outside the U.S., we also accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date. However, international return shipping is the responsibility of the sender. We strongly recommend using parcel tracking, as we are not responsible for any loss or theft during transit.
